Q. How does check-in work?
A. Self check-in via smart lock. On the day of arrival, we will send the access code and detailed instructions through Airbnb messaging.
Q. Can we check in earlier?
A. Because we need time to prepare the home after the previous guests, we ask that check-in be at 16:00 or later. If you'd like to drop off luggage earlier, please contact us.
Q. How do we pay?
A. Bookings and payment are handled through Airbnb. You can pay by credit card and other methods Airbnb supports.
Q. What is the cancellation policy?
A. We follow Airbnb's standard cancellation policy. Please refer to our Airbnb listing for details.
Q. Is there parking?
A. There is no on-site parking. Several pay lots are within a short walk. Public transport is by far the easiest option from this location.
Q. Is the home suitable for small children?
A. Absolutely. We provide a crib, high chair and toys. See our 'For Families' page for details.
Q. Are pets allowed?
A. We're sorry — pets are not permitted.
Q. Can we host a party or event?
A. The home is for accommodation only. Parties, photoshoots and large events are not permitted, out of respect for our neighbours.
